Q. Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available?

A. Absolutely, yes!

 We offer CoD!

Q. What’s the return and exchange policy?

A. Super simple!

You’ve got 7 days from receiving your order to return or exchange it. There’s a reverse shipping fee of ₹80. For refunds, we’ll give you store credit with no expiry, so you can shop whenever you like! 

If there’s a defect, you’ll get a full refund, no worries!

Q. Where do you deliver?

A.  We’re all over India! 🇮🇳

Yep, we deliver everywhere in India! We’re not doing international shipping just yet, but it’s on the way!

Q. I am having trouble finding the size chart. Where is it?

A.  No worries!

The size chart is right in the product description, just below the fabric details. Each product might have a slightly different size chart, so it’s always good to double-check. For any assistance, please reach out to us on WhatsApp, we'd be happy to help!

Q. What size would fit me?  

A. Easy!

Just check out the size chart on each product page. Our sizes run a little bigger than most brands, so make sure to peek at the chart for that perfect fit! If there is any confusion, please reach out to us on WhatsApp, we'd love to sort it for you.

Q. When will I get my order?

 A. We’re pretty quick! 

Orders are processed within 12-48 hours, and most are shipped out within 2 days. Depending on where you are, it can take 2-7 days for your order to reach you, since we ship from Noida (NCR).

Make sure to add your email at checkout for all the shipping updates! And if you’re in a rush, just reach out for urgent or express shipping options (extra charges may apply). We’ve got you covered! Just get in touch with us :)

Q. Why was my order cancelled?

A.  Oh no!

If your CoD order gets flagged as a Medium to High RTO risk (basically, a higher chance of not being accepted), our team will send you a quick WhatsApp message to confirm. If we don’t hear back from you within 48 hours, we’ll sadly have to cancel the order. But don’t worry—we’ll always try to reach you first!

Return & exchange

SIZE ISSUES:

If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size, we will exchange it for you within 7 days of the delivery of your order. You can either exchange with a different size or a different product. Reach out to us on nitika@thecurvykokonut.com

In case none of these options work out for you, we'll provide you with a store credit that can be redeemed at any point.

Please note that for exchanges/ returns, reverse pick up charges of 80/- will be applicable.

Only products which are unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags, in original packaging are eligible for exchange. To avoid exchanging your order, be sure to go through the size chart on product pages carefully before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.

DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT:
You can return the product even if you don't like the product.

Only products which are unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags, in original packaging are eligible for Return.

Please note that for exchanges/ returns, reverse pick up charges of 80/- will be applicable.

DEFECTS:

If the garment you have received has some sort of defect, an email should be sent within 24 hours to the email ID :  

Photographs of the proof should be attached along. Upon reviewing a refund will be initiated. Once the defective item is received at our end, we will refund the entire amount within 3-7 working days.

Refunds:

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nitika@thecurvykokonut.com

All the orders are dispatched within 12-24 hrs of placing the order.
Delivery timeline in Delhi NCR is 1-2 days and in most of the major cities 3-5 days.
