Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

I. Exchange:
For size/fit issues*, you can either exchange with other size(subject to availability) or with any other product of choice. 
Exchange Process:
1. Customer shall inform us about the issue with 24 hours of delivery.
2. If the issue is found genuine, customer is asked to either choose a different size of the same item or a different item.
3. Once the exchange item is chosen by customer, we will create a pickup within 24 hours.
4. Once the item is received at our warehouse, a quality check is done for any damages/harm to the quality of the item within 24 hours.
5. If the quality is found to be satisfactory, we will ship the exchange item within 24 hours. 
6. The shipped item should delivered in 5-7 business days.
7. If the exchange item is out of stock, the customer will be provided a store credit of the value of the item returned which can be redeemed to buy anything without any deadline. The store credit shall be provided within 24 hours of the quality check in step 4.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kokonut, D-107, 91Springboard, Sector-2, Noida, UP-201301. 

II. Returns (Defective Items):
All items if they have some sort of defect, an email should be sent within 24 hours of delivery to the email ID : nitika@thecurvykokonut.com. Photographs of the proof should be attached along. Upon reviewing if the request is found genuine, then a refund process can be initiated. Once the defective item is received at our end, we will refund the entire amount within 7 business days.
Refund Process:
1. Customer shall inform us and shares photographs of defective item within 24 hours of delivery.
2. If the request is found to be genuine at our end, we will create a pickup of the defective item within 24 hours.
3. Once the defective item is received, we will check the defects again within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
4. Upon approval of defects, a refund is initiated within 24 hours which should be credited to customer's original payment source or customer's preferred mode of online payment (for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders) with 7 business days.
5. Upon disapproval, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

 

III. Refunds
Refund is applicable only in case of defects (covered in point no. II (Returns (defective items)).
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund (step 4 above) and amount hasn't been credited yet, then customer shall contact us at nitika@thecurvykokonut.com.
